TEMAI design, develop and manufacture rugged electronic and electromechanical equipment for the aero industry, covering all the life cycle, from the specification phase and requirements definition, design and development and simulation of electronic circuits, PCB routing, programming of microprocessors and CPLDs or FPGAs, integration testing, implementing the qualification plan and implementation of qualification testing, product certification and manufacture of electronic equipment and support. Additionally, it is made the justification for Safety, Maintenance, Reliability and testability, developing calculation of MTBF, MTBUR and analysis of failure modes FMEA, FMES and FTA. The engineering process design, development, testing, project management, quality assurance and configuration control is based on the quality standards ISO-9100 and ISO-9001. The electronics is designed to meet the environmental requirements of flight as DO-160 standard. The complex electronics design is made to meet the requirements of DO-254 standard. The planning, design, development, testing and justification of flight critical software is performed to meet the requirements of DO-178 standard.
TEMAI has experience in Critical Electronic certification and certified for flight Critical Software as civil aviation and military standards, compliance levels DAL A and DAL B with the addition of CAN-Bus, ARINC-429, MIL-STD-1553 communication buses in electronic equipment.
Among references include sensor load reliever system in flight A330 MRTT tanker aircraft from Airbus, the primary distribution power unit in C295 FT4B from Airbus Defense and Space, and electronic control unit for landing gear of the aircraft Skylander -105 from GECI.
TEMAI performs the engineering of Test Benches, Ground Support Equipments for Aircrafts and Test validation, qualification and production, based on the quality standards UNE-EN 9100 and ISO 9001, from specification and design phase (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical power, electronic control, measurement instrumentation and software) to the phase of integration and documentation.
TEMAI carries out projects related to software and systems of measurement on the test bench environment in industrial and laboratory applications.
The main programming languages used in the development of these applications are LabView, CVI and TestStand. Measuring systems are products of National Instruments and partner Pickering and control elements are PLCs and / or control systems based on real-time operating systems. The mechanical design is done with CATIA and / or Autocad. The hydraulic components, pneumatic and electrical cabinets and power are based on standard commercial items.

TEMAI is part of spanish consortium CTI of E2S engineering services for Airbus and Airbus Defense and Space. We are qualified by Airbus as Tier2 and operate in conjunction with Tier1 CT Ingenieros.
