TEMAI has designed, certified and is manufacturing the Power Distribution Unit TEFO at 28Vdc for C295 FT4B platform from Airbus Defence and Space. This equipment is in charge of charging emergency batteries and providing power to loads from batteries in case of total flame out electrical failure. TEFO is DO-160, MIL-STD-704F, DALB DO254 and DO178 qualified.
HEPODIS PDU developed under the framework of CleanSky2 Horizon 2020 and incorporated to the electrical system of the C295 FTB2 Demonstrator in order to provide 270HVDC capabilities.
HDVDC SSPC from TEMAI is a Power Contactor based on Solid State
technology. Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs are used in order to operate
at high voltage (over 270VDC) and to reduce the conduction resistance
(RDSON).
