H2OPTICS
TEMAI Ingenieros is involved in the development of the project “Optical Fiber Technologies for a Centralized H₂ Sensing Platform – H₂ OPTICS”, which aims to address the photonic technologies required for monitoring and controlling fuel levels, as well as the prevention and detection of leaks in aircraft using H₂ as an energy vector. Additionally, the project will incorporate research that explores, for the first time, the possibility of having a centralized platform that allows querying all the embedded optical fiber sensors.
This project has been subsidized by the CDTI under file number PTAG-20221003, through the 2022 call for grants for Strategic Sectoral Innovation Initiatives (“Aerospace Technology Program”), within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (financed by Next Generation EU funds, including the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism), and the State Program to Catalyze Innovation and Business Leadership under the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2021-2023. This project has been supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
